Gelato Manufacturing has been present at the SIGEP Fair held in Rimini, Italy, between the 21st and 24th of January 2017. This is the Ice Cream and Pastry Fair in Europe, where you can see first hand the innovations of the sector. The Fair receives more than 200 thousand visitors of which approximately 20% are foreign (not Italian).
The trend towards natural and vegan products are once again a bet of the great producers of Italian semi-finished products, this reflects an increasing tendency of the demand of these articles by the market.
