Mojito Sorbet - vegan and gluten free

Ingredients:
1 bag of Easycream MOJITO ref: 20000012
2.2 liters of bottled water
Decoration:
1 lime and mint leaves
Preparation:
- Empty the easycream bag, add water and beat the mix until combined.
- Let the mix stand for a few minutes.
- Process in the Ice Cream Machine (mantecadora).
- Leave in blast chiller for 15 minutes minimum.
- Decorate with pieces of lime and mint leaves.
- Ready to serve or display in the showcase.
