Prawn and avocado salad with mango sorbet

Ingredients: (for one salad)
1 tub of MANGO and passion fruit SORBETTO by Ferretti 200ml
20 cooked peeled prawns (thawed)
25g mixed salad
5 tomato cherries cut in half
Half an avocado cut into slices
4 slices of cucumber
Half a grated carrot
Flax seeds, 1 teaspoon
Salt, Pepper, Vinegar and olive oil - to taste

Decoration:
- 1 basil or parsley leaf

Preparation:
- Place the salad leaves in a bowl and decorate with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, pieces of avocado, grated carrot and flax seeds.
- Add the drained cooked prawns.
- Add a scoop of mango sorbet on top of the salad and, finally, we dress with the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Decorate with a basil or parsley leaf.

Tricks and tips
We can add to the dish some red fruits such as raspberries or strawberries to make it tastier and more attractive!
